Bio

Kent Taylor is the founder and owner of Taylor Commercial Real Estate. He started his real estate career in 1993 with the Duncan Commercial Group. After a year there and two at the Ray Wilkerson Company, he created Taylor Commercial Real Estate in 1997. Kent is known for his specialization in multifamily land and has been involved in land sales of some of the most noteworthy developments in Austin including:

• Multifamily - Saltillo Station rail stop
• Multifamily - Howard Station rail stop
• Multifamily - Crestview Station rail stop
• Multifamily - Riata apartments
• Retail - La Frontera
• Retail - Five Oaks

Kent received two degrees from the University of Texas at Austin – a BS in mechanical engineering and an MBA in finance. After college and before real estate, Kent spent 20+ years in sales and marketing of mainframe computers with IBM and Tandem Computers.
